Description:
The Role: We are looking for apart-time Operations Associate to join our team and assist with packing, shipping and maintenance needs at our Leather District-based headquarters in Boston. This is a great opportunity for anyone with an interest in art who prefers physical work and is looking for a flexible, part-time position. The ideal candidate is diligent, dependable and prepared to assume a wide variety and high volume of work.

Responsibilities:

  • Framing artwork in multiple sizes and installing relevant hanging hardware
  • Preparation, wrapping, and packaging of artwork for shipment across the country
  • Construction of specialized boxes for extra-large artwork
  • Assembly of artwork placards
  • Receiving and processing all incoming shipments
  • Maintenance and organization of all inventory
  • Maintenance of warehouse space
Qualifications:
Qualifications:

  • Ability to quickly learn and execute multi-step processes diligently, efficiently and accurately
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfort with online technology and ability to learn our online management system quickly
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Prior art handling experience is a plus
