Description:
The Corporate Relations Associate reports to the Director, Institutional and International Relations and is part of the Institutional Relations team. Primary responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day administration of the Corporate Membership Program including the direct solicitation of corporate memberships to meet an aggressive annual revenue goal, the fulfillment of benefits, and the stewardship of all corporate member relationships. The Associate will coordinate all corporate member events and will assist with other VIP events to which corporate members are invited. In addition, the Associate will research companies and draft corporate briefings, as required; and will manage the program budget including tracking expenses and reconciling revenues on a monthly basis. The Corporate Relations Associate will also be responsible for representing the MFA at certain events such as networking events, Chamber of Commerce meetings, and sponsor events among others.

35+ hours/week; Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:00pm.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, with at least 1 to 3 years of experience in a related field such as Development, Annual Programs, Non-Profit Management, Corporate Community Relations, or Sales. Strong skills in the areas of communication, relationship management, sales, and special events. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, goal driven, highly organized, detail-oriented, and a team player.
