The Metropolitan Area Planning Council’s (MAPC) Data Services Department seeks a Research Intern to support a project dedicated to understanding the assumptions land use and transportation models across the country make about future spatial distributions of population by race and ethnicity. This project will examine the impact these assumptions have on different equity analyses used to allocate transportation funding. The intern will gain first-hand experience in synthesizing work done by topical experts and contribute valuable research to advance racial equity goals across the region.
