Field Crew, Hutchins Farm (Concord, MA)

Farming experience is nice, but not necessary. The work will vary, but will include: planting, weeding, harvesting, washing, and packing a wide variety of vegetables and small fruit. Workers may also be involved in greenhouse work, grounds maintenance, sales in our Farm Stand or at Farmers’ Markets, irrigation, or other aspects of the operation based on the farm’s needs and the worker’s inclination. Hourly pay begins at $13.50/hour.

Field Crew, Waltham Fields Community Farm (Waltham, MA)

The Field Crew works alongside farm staff in all aspects of vegetable production including greenhouse work, transplanting, harvest, cultivation, irrigation set up, and other field tasks on our three separate sites of operation (two in Waltham, one in Weston). Full-time and part-time positions are available. $15/hour plus produce from the farm.

Communications & Events Internship, Connecticut River Conservancy (Remote)

As the intern you will have the opportunity to develop and expand your skills in traditional and digital communications, including social media marketing with diverse audiences across the Connecticut River watershed. You will also have the opportunity to support the outreach, promotion and, as needed, the execution of CRC events. Mid-June thru mid/late August, 10-12 weeks. Approx. 35 hours/week.

The Connecticut Chapter of the American Planning Association is seeking applicants for a scholarship-internship position to work alongside their Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee in the formation of an Action Plan. The opportunity is remote, comes with a $3500 stipend, and provides support for course credit. 10 hrs/week, April – August.
