Field crew members will work closely with farm staff, work shares, and volunteers to complete seedling production, planting, harvesting, washing and packing, irrigation, cultivation, record-keeping, and farm maintenance tasks. Farm leadership gives staff the education they need to succeed and take ownership of tasks. Full time and part time positions are available. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has a net-zero emissions limit for 2050.  EEA is seeking a Carbon Sequestration Analyst to research and develop methodology for inventorying biogenic carbon pools and fluxes in Massachusetts, and to contribute to carbon sequestration policy discussions and development in the context of net-zero emissions.
