Responsibilities include planning, teaching and supervising environmentally focused programs and trips for Luther college students and regional youth (preK-12 grade), including summer camp programming, precollege courses and incoming freshman student trips. Assist with development and training of Luther College student trip leaders. Coordinate weekend tripping programs for Luther students. Plan and coordinate a fall break trip for Luther students. Aid in the development of program evaluation and staff manuals related to policy and risk management procedures. Additional responsibilities will include marketing and communication, website management and program planning for the 2017 school year. Flexible hours including evening and weekends.
