The Museum seeks a well-organized and energetic individual with good personal skills for the position of Department Coordinator in the Department Prints, Drawings, and Photographs. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks related to the acquisition, loan, and transport of the collection, budgets, and the organization of events for the department’s Friends Groups and Visiting Committee. S/he will assist the department chair and the curatorial staff in various tasks related to the smooth running of the department.

Qualifications:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, research methods, and the ability to follow through and work independently are essential. Experience with museum object handling and familiarity with museum/object computer databases preferred.
