He prosecutes cases related to animal cruelty, and recently argued a case in the Supreme Judicial Court pertaining to whether the emergency exception to the warrant requirement of the US Constitution can be applied if an animal is in mortal danger. This is the first lawyer to be hosted by the Pre-Vet Society, and should be a very interesting new take on animal welfare that diverges from the traditional medical perspective.
