Hi! My name is Jamie and I am an independent consultant living in Medford. I’m looking for someone to support me with both personal and professional tasks—especially around technology, organization, and administrative work.
Specifically, the work can include:
- editing google documents
- updating and emailing monthly invoice documents
- transcribing interviews
- organizing client files
- assisting with personal finances (e.g., depositing a check on a mobile app, tallying up items for tax deductions)
- helping me practice computer skills (e.g., creating and attaching PDF to an email)
- additional things that may come up
Given the flexible and casual nature of the role, it has worked really well for students in the past. The previous graduate student who I worked with highly recommends this opportunity for these reasons.
I am looking for someone who is flexible, patient, and organized. It would be great if you had any experience with Word/Google Docs and Excel/Google Sheets, as well as Apple devices (I own an iPhone, Mac laptop, and iPad).
Location: The work can be a combination of in person (working together at my home in Medford) and remote.
Hours: The hours are very flexible (mornings/daytime/evening, any day of the week), and typically range from 3 to 7 hours/week. When working remotely, you can complete the work independently and at your schedule, whenever it works best for you.
Payment: $30/hour
