Overview:
Family of 4 in South Medford is seeking a reliable, organized, proactive, and kid friendly House Manager to provide in-person support for our family and children (ages 4 and 8). We would love to find a house manager/home personal assistant who is organized, likes being around kids, and is generally willing to help out with whatever is needed. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities including completing organizational tasks such as laundry, scheduling, basic house cleaning, home organization, and occasional child care. The House Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our household, allowing our family to focus on each other and other ongoing priorities.

Specific Responsibilities:
Organizational tasks: Streamline and organize closets, pantries, and other home spaces to optimize functionality and accessibility. Implement effective storage solutions and labeling systems. Regularly declutter and maintain organization in these areas.
- Laundry: Sort, wash, dry, fold, and put away laundry according to specific instructions
- Dishes and kitchen cleanup
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for family members, including medical, dental, cleaning and other necessary appointments. Ensure appointments are on family calendars
- Assisting with occasional dropoff or pickup after school and occasional babysitting.
Requirements:
- Availability for ~10 hours per week, flexible on days and hours
- Comfort driving children a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- References available
- Starting date as soon as flexible, preferably by the start of the 2025-26 school year
