The Energy Efficiency Project Manager (Project Manager) collaborates with Facilities, Campus Planning and Business Operations & Analytics colleagues to identify energy efficiency project and program opportunities across all campuses. In addition, and in close collaboration with the Sr. Energy Analyst, the Project Manager works with third-party utilities and consortia to identify potential energy efficiency incentive programs from which compelling energy savings projects can be derived. The Project Manager develops business plans, operating budgets, negotiates contracts and arrangements with third-party utilities and ultimately directs all phases of resulting, approved energy efficiency projects and programs. The Project Manager presents project recommendations and business cases to the Energy Revolving Fund Oversight Committee for approval and direction. Once approved, the Project Manager oversees projects to completion, in accordance with university standards and periodically reports on resulting costs/ benefits.
