Co-President: Nikhita Goel (2026)

Nikhita is a sophomore planning to double major in Biology and Psychology from Cleveland, Ohio. She has one dog named Coco. She is interested in small animal medicine and wildlife/exotics but is open to learning about all types of veterinary medicine. She has shadowed a few small animal clinics in her hometown and hopes to work as a vet assistant during breaks. Her favourite animal is a cheetah. 

Co-President: Kai Preminger (2026)

Kai is a sophomore from Los Angeles, CA, likely majoring in Biology with a minor in Education. He has a wonderful labradoodle named Quincy back at home, and has helped to take care of her for 8 years after her diagnosis of Addisons Disease. He walks/watches dogs in his spare time. He has shadowed at a local clinic and animal hospital back in CA and is looking forward to gaining more experience with small animal practitioners and zoo veterinarians over the summer break. His favorite animals are dogs and polar bears.  

Co-Vice President: Jahniya Paul (2025)

Jahniya is a junior from Queens, NY, majoring in Chemistry and minoring in Africana Studies. She is interested in mixed veterinary practice and emergency medicine. Back home, she has worked in an animal urgent care center. At Tufts, she has shadowed a general practice animal clinic, that specializes in dental surgery. Her favorites animals are penguins and otters.

Co-Vice President: Brandon Cho (2026)

Brandon is currently a sophomore planning to major in biology and biotechnology. He is from Seoul, South Korea and has a dog named Allo. He is not sure of his specific interests in veterinary medicine but is the most interested in small animal medicine. In high school, he helped run a club that helped homeless dogs in Korea find homes. His favorite animal is the poison dart frog.

Co-Secretary: Ethan Kim (2027)

Ethan is a freshman from Philadelphia, who is likely majoring in Biology. He has a Shih-Tzu named Cookie. He is mostly interested in small animal medicine. He has shadowed at his local animal clinic back in Philadelphia and has also interned at a local animal sanctuary for abandoned exotic pets. His favorite animal is the anteater.

Co-Secretary: Jiwoo Lee (2027)

Jiwoo is a freshman planning to major in biopsychology and fine arts. She is from Seoul, Korea and has two dogs and one cat. She is still exploring her specific interests in veterinary medicine. She worked with an animal association throuhout her high school and currently, she is volunteering at a cat adoption center. Her favorite animal is the jellyfish.

Co-Treasurer: Cyrus Rhea (2025)

Cyrus is a Junior from Nebraska, majoring in Biology/Spanish. He is interested in large animal/mixed practice veterinary medicine. He loves running with his small Münsterländer named Ally. He has spent time shadowing large animal/mixed animal vets, and facilitated native bee conservation with the 4-H. His favorite animal is the pronghorn antelope.

Co-Treasurer: Della Noon (2027)

Della is a freshman from northeast Pennsylvania who is majoring in biology. She has a 16-year-old Bichon Shih Tzu mix named Penny back home.  She is interested in small animal general practice, as well as emergency medicine.  She shadows at a vet clinic in her hometown over breaks.  Her favorite animal is an owl.

Media Chair: Sofia Seto (2027)

Sofia is a freshman from the Bay Area, California planning on majoring in Biology and Latin. She has a dog, Juno, and a cat, Burger King. She is primarily interested in large animal/equine medicine, specifically equine sports medicine, but is also curious about aquatic animal medicine. She has worked as a vet assistant/ranch hand/riding lesson instructor throughout high school and has shadowed at her local equine veterinary clinic. Her favorite animal is the whitespotted bamboo shark!

Co-Event Coordinator: Becca Pinto (2026)

Becca (she/her) is a sophomore from Newton, Massachusetts majoring in Biology and minoring in Chemistry. She has three dogs, Molly, Scooter, and Ginger. She is interested in small animal general practice and surgery, as well as equine medicine. She has shadowed in several local small animal clinics and hospitals, and also worked on a farm last summer that had an emu, a chinchilla, and a wallaby! Her favorite animal is a dolphin.

Co-Event Coordinator: Lorin Sleet (2026)

Lorin is a sophomore majoring in Biopsychology with a prospective minor in Cellular Agriculture from Rochester, New York. She has a dog named Shira and two cats named Monty and Morris. She is interested in wildlife and exotics field work and surgery. She has shadowed at small animal clinics as well as worked as a scribe at a veterinary hospital. She has also worked as an equine chiropractor and a stable hand. Her favorite animal is a deer.
