The E. Ethel Little Elementary School is seeking a Special Education/Inclusion Paraprofessional Long-Term Substitute. This position is tentatively scheduled to be from January 6, 2023-February 17, 2023 (possibly longer).
Responsibilities:
- Assist and support staff in implementing the special education programs and Individualized Education Plans for students
- Assist in the implementation of curricula modifications for specified students
- Provide physical assistance to students with disabilities as required
- Provide school-based, classroom, lunch, bus duty, arrival/dismissal, and recess supervision
- Assume other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Principal and/or Teacher
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required
Per diem rate is dependent on candidate’s alignment within the Paraprofessional Federation contract.
