What You’ll Do:

• Implement a rigorous, standards-aligned curriculum tailored to meet the needs of every student
• Collaborate with your classroom team to create engaging and effective learning experiences
• Utilize data-driven insights to assess student progress and inform instruction
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues to ensure student success

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Massachusetts Teaching Certification (preferred)
• Experience in elementary education is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A passion for fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
