ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION:

This assignment is to be turned in by each individual. This is a legal document that releases copyright license and privacy of your digital storytelling project. With this release, we will be allowed to share your video, such as posting them on the Environmental Studies department YouTube channel.

THIRD PARTY RELEASE AGREEMENT (optional)

DUE DATE:

ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION:

If needed, this is a form is a group assignment. Please submit one assignment for the team, with all team member names included. For group submissions, any student in the group is free to submit the assignment but it is ultimately the responsibility of the Project Manager/Editor to ensure each assignment is submitted on time.

This is a legal document that authorizes content and use from third parties within your digital storytelling project. Your group should use this form if you reached out to third parties, such as interviewees, experts, guest actors and actresses, etc. The TA should have advised you to fill out these forms in your Video Treatment Plan comments. If not and in doubt, email the TA and ask.
