We evaluated several studies throughout the course of our final project and identified two recent papers that use molecular methods to provide meaningful answers to our questions about obesity, inflammation and the Nuclear Factor Kappa-B Pathway.

Paper #1: Diet-induced obesity increases NF-kB signaling in reporter mice by Carlsen et al.

Paper #2: Central Inhibition of IKKB/NF-kB Signaling Attenuates High-Fat Diet-Induced Obesity and Glucose Intolerance by Benzler et al.
