Building Services Manager
Description:
The Worcester Art Museum has an immediate opening for a full-time Building Services Manager to supervise Building Services Department and staff in custodial, repair, and maintenance of the facility; and to monitor the operations and maintenance of the HVAC systems performed by WAM staff and contractors. The Building Services Manager will also maintain, repair, and operate the HVAC and climate control systems as well as manage department budget and ensure the facility is safe and clean daily.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have vocational school focus on HVAC, technical training by HVAC manufacturer, equivalent in the operation and repair of HVAC and climate control systems, or Associate of Arts degree preferred. Minimum of three years of supervisor experience required and ten years working on HVAC systems preferred. Knowledge of HVAC systems operation, repair, maintenance, and operating energy management systems is a must. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential. Excellent mechanical, electrical and HVAC troubleshooting skills are required.Must be available for 24/7 emergency response is also required.
