Under the guidance of the Director of Development Operations and Analysis, the Business Analyst will provide documentation, testing, and training support for the External Relations implementation of Tessitura, a customer relationship management (CRM) system. Responsibilities include: participating in business process discussions; documenting data entry standards, required workflows, and internal business requirements; creating test protocols and executing workflow scenarios; developing user guides for training and processing continuity; translating user guides to training agendas and supporting materials for end users; supporting managers in staff training; supporting configuration and end-end testing; documenting final configuration at launch.

 

This is a term position, with full-time benefits, scheduled to end 6 months from date of hire. 35 hours/week; Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:00pm.

Qualifications:
Minimum requirements include: Bachelor’s degree along with 3 to 5 years experience in a similar capacity (knowledge of the development field desired); experience with customer relationship management systems (familiarity with Tessitura preferred); strong skills in project management and business process documentation; excellent written and verbal communications; strong presentation skills; experience facilitating training; strong computer skills with solid database management and Microsoft programs expertise; detail oriented with ability to multi-task without compromising quality; demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; ability to work independently as well as part of a team; ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity.
