The Franklin Institute is one of the leading science centers and museums in the country and the most visited museum in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We are looking for an experienced Applications Administrator to support The Franklin Institute’s ticketing initiatives.

The Admissions Application Administrator is responsible for the successful operation of The Franklin Institute’s ticketing process.  This will require overseeing the Galaxy Ticketing system to ensure that operational goals and customer service standards are met.  The Admissions Application Administrator works closely with the Admission Director and the Assistant Vice President of IT to implement strategies and policies that will efficiently and effectively execute the Museum’s ticketing initiatives.

Requirements

College degree or a minimum of five years experience in a role for ticketing, box office or similar environment.  Background should include knowledge of the Galaxy Ticketing system.  Should possess familiarity with SQL script language.  Proven Project Management experience and excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required.  The Admissions Application Administrator must be willing to work irregular hours, as well as some evenings.
