1. The student chapter shall have at least two faculty Advisors.
2. Faculty Advisors shall be TUSVM faculty members and shall be active members of the AVMA.
3. The term of office shall be at least three years.
4. In the event that an Advisor wishes to leave office, three potential advisors shall be nominated by the executive board, and a vote will be conducted.
5. The faculty Advisors shall serve as advisors to the student chapter as a whole.
6. The Advisors shall be represented at all meetings of the executive board and the Chapter.
7. The Advisors do not have a vote.
8. The Advisors are required to attend the Annual Faculty Advisor/Student Leader Conference which is paid for by the AVMA.
