1. The Executive Board of SAVMA will consist of the President, President-elect, Secretary, Treasurer, Senior Treasurer and National Delegates.
2. The Executive Board will plan and conduct all Chapter meetings as the administrative body of the student chapter.
3. The Executive Board shall be charged with the duty of carrying out the provisions of the Constitution and Bylaws.
4. The Executive Board shall determine the amount of annual dues of chapter members.
5. The Executive Board will make final decisions for the eligibility of “members in good standing” upon graduation.
