The Class of 1898 Prize Winner: Olivia G. Martin
A supremely talented student with a stellar academic record, Olivia G. Martin (E21) truly is exceptional. At the top of her class in mechanical engineering, she also is a multisport varsity athlete on both the Tufts Track and Field and Cross-Country teams. She is active in numerous engineering societies, the Tufts MAKE club, and in mentorship on her sports teams, as well as volunteering in the Boston area running community. Intellectually curious with an impressive work ethic, she loves exploring the boundary between physics and mechanical engineering and is pursuing research opportunities in a variety of fields. After obtaining a Ph.D., she aspires to a successful career as an engineer/scientist. Her commitment to excellence is inspiring, her intellectual capacity boundless.
