The Class of 1942 Prize Scholarship Winner: Jonah E. Greene

The Class of 1942 Prize Scholarship recognizes those seniors most likely to become outstanding university teachers, counselors, or administrators. 

An intrepid scholar, talented actor, and skilled director, Jonah E. Greene (A20) combines keen intelligence with exemplary kindness, curiosity with compassion, seriousness of purpose with a profound sense of joy. A true humanist, he understands the power of language and has a passion for storytelling, particularly theatrical storytelling in times of trauma. He is a dynamic member of our performance community and has reveled in creative collaboration during his years at Tufts. Following graduation, he aspires to a career as a university-based scholar, teacher, and performance maker, an admirable goal he undoubtedly will achieve.
