Dr. John Hagen

Dr. John Hagen is currently the President and Chief Creative Officer of Hagen & Hagen. He works with high-performing college students who want to achieve their goals as part of their undergraduate experience. Hagen uses both strategic planning and life coaching skills to help students identify their personal goals for college and then designs a plan for them to achieve their goals. Previously, Hagen was a Lecturer and Professor at University of Massachusetts Amherst and was an Assistant Professor of International Relations and Executive Officers at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Additionally, Hagen has served as a military Advisor to the United Nations Mission for Iraq and an Assistant Professor of Comparative military Studies at the USAF Air Command and Staff College.

Hagen received his MALD from the Fletcher School and then his PhD. Additionally, Hagen received his bachelor’s degree from Boston University in aerospace engineering and master’s degrees from The University of North Dakota in Space Studies and Auburn University in International Relations.
