Sasaki is currently the Senior Environment Specialist in the
Urbana and Social Sectors Division in East Asia Department at Asian Development
Bank in Manila, Philippines. He has a Master of Engineering from Sophia
University, a Master of Arts from Tufts University, a Master of Arts in Law and
Diplomacy from the Fletcher School, and a PhD of International Relations from
the Fletcher School.
