Artificial Intelligence and Autonomy in Russia

Samuel Bendett, Alumnus of The Fletcher School at Tufts University, contributed to a CNA Russia Studies Program report titled “Artificial Intelligence and Autonomy in Russia.” This effort pulls together public data on Russian efforts in civilian – government, academia, state and public sectors, international cooperation – and military efforts in AI and autonomy.
