Chris Miller is Assistant Professor of International History at The Fletcher School. His research examines Russian history, political economy, and foreign policy.  In his latest book, Putinomics: Power and Money in Resurgent Russia (2018), Miller examines the making of Russian economic policy since Vladimir Putin took power in 1999.
