Please join the Fletcher Eurasia Club for a lunch seminar with visiting scholar Pavel Luzin. The conversation will focus on the anticipated expansion of the Russian military and the growing costs of Russia’s assault on Ukraine. We encourage you to read his recent articles on Russia’s military conscription and mobilization, the skyrocketing costs of its war effort, and what to expect from its army in 2023. The Eurasia Club weekly lunch seminar series engages with students, faculty, staff, and researchers to foster a better understanding of the region among members of the Fletcher community. Members of the wider Tufts community are also welcome to attend. Lunch will be served. Click here to register.
