Please join the International Security Studies Program at The Fletcher School for a conversation with Raphael Parens, a Eurasia Fellow at the Foreign Policy Research Institute living in Republic of the Congo. He studies African conflict, Russian military policy, and paramilitary groups. He has published papers on the Wagner Group and conflict in Africa through the Foreign Policy Research Institute, the Counterterrorism Center at West Point, World Politics Review, the Soufan Center, and Foreign Affairs.

2. In case of no-shows without proper cancellation, students will not be permitted to sign up for the next RSVP event offered.
