International Arctic Forum

On April 10, 2019, MGIMO Professor and Editor-in-Chief of the Moscow Journal of International Law, Alexander Vylegzhanin, took part in the International Arctic Forum in Saint Petersburg.

Professor Vylegzhanin moderated one of the sessions of the forum titled “Applied Scientific Research.” During the session, UArctic President Lars Kullerud, Tufts University Science Diplomacy Center Director Paul Berkman, and MGIMO Professor Alexander Vylegzhanin presented a book on Arctic law titled Baseline of Russian Arctic Laws, which was just released by Springer publisher (in English).
