Student Blog Submissions
The Russia and Eurasia Program encourages current Fletcher master’s and doctoral students to submit blog posts for the program website. Student blog posts published on the program website cover topics related to Russia, Europe, and Eurasia. They are connected with the authors’ graduate coursework, research, internships, or travel experiences during their time at The Fletcher School.
All submissions must be original writing. They should be reflections on recent personal and/or professional experiences or analyses of emerging issues in regional affairs. They should not be identical to posts submitted on other platforms. Student blog posts are accepted on a rolling basis and must be between 500 and 1,000 words. While they should not include academic footnotes or citations, the use of hyperlinks embedded as in-text citations is strongly encouraged. Please feel free to email an abstract or blog post pitch of no more than 100 words to Arik Burakovsky. Only complete blog posts submitted as Microsoft Word Documents will be considered for publication.
