Practitioner Discussion: Strengthening Rule of Law Approaches to Address Crime with USAID and CMM

Cheyanne Scharbatke-Church and Diana Chigas, spent a rich half-day with approximately 30 USAID field staff discussing the application of social norms theory to the fight against transnational organized crime.  Hosted by USAID and CMM in Washington DC in July 2019, this was part of a larger process that delivered a White Paper: Strengthening Rule of Law Approaches to Address Organized Crime: Social Norms.
