Diana Chigas presents at USAID Systems Thinking Conference

The CJL Co-Director, Diana Chigas presented at the USAID Systems Thinking Conference on how we have used causal loop methodology to understand what drives and enables corruption in fragile states.  The presentation in September 2019 highlighted the fact that existing corruption research does not enable an analyst to develop an understanding of the underlying system.
