U.S. and Russia Working Together for Syria: Fact or Fiction?

Mark Ward is a retired U.S. diplomat who spent four years on the Turkish-Syrian border managing U.S. aid. He also co-chaired a task force with Russia to improve humanitarian access inside Syria. In this event, he will discuss the promising, yet failed, experiment to work with Russia to improve aid to besieged Syrian communities, and his concerns about Syria’s future.
