MPDE is committed to recruiting and assisting in producing career opportunities for educators and administrators from diverse backgrounds, and forming collaborative relationships that will enhance staff diversity within our schools districts.  We recognize that local public school districts are in crisis mode working to fill positions that are vital to keeping our schools up and running.  With over 50+ districts represented at this event, we are hoping to address this need and fill as many of these necessary positions as possible!
