The StAAR Center is beginning its search for new Graduate Academic Mentors for the 2023-2024 school year! Academic Mentors are master’s or PhD students who meet one-on-one with students to help them develop academic skills such as time management, study strategies, note-taking skills, and more! We are looking for graduate students who are enthusiastic and passionate about helping others to join our team.

We are looking to hire a diverse team representing a wide variety of academic disciplines and backgrounds. Your support of our program is appreciated!

Compensation for this role is $21/hour. Hours are flexible, and we are looking for students who are willing to work 5-10 hours/week. The application is open from February 13th through March 17th. The link to apply is below and can also be found on our flyer.

Babysitter Position (Medford)

Tufts alum seeking babysitter(s) for our sweet and energetic 15 month old daughter. We live in Medford (1.8 miles from Tufts main campus) and have parking available at our home. The hours and number of days per week can be very flexible- ideal for a student with a non-traditional schedule. 

Essentially looking for someone to help 1-3x a week to allow parents to run errands/complete chores with the potential for occasional evening/weekend hours to allow us to go out for a date. We are looking for a non-smoking individual who has previous experience with children and who is up to date on vaccines including  COVID vaccinated/boosted. Our family is COVID vaccinated and boosted including our 15 month old. 


Pay based on experience- $22-25/hour.
