Undue Influence: How Russia Uses Soft Power Abroad

Have you ever wanted to know how Russia uses soft power in its near abroad? Would you like to know more about the intersection of security and propaganda?  Do you want to learn how Russia’s near abroad policy influences the Baltic countries, Europe, and the United States?
If you are interested in any of the above questions, then please join the Fletcher Eurasia Club for a conversation with Linas Kojala. He will talk about his research into Russian soft power in the Baltic countries and how this influence spreads throughout Europe and the United States. As the Director of the Eastern European Studies Center in Vilnius, Lithuania, Linas has studied Russian foreign policy extensively and is an expert on Russia’s use of soft power abroad.
