“Queer According to Fletcher”

Jen Frye, MALD 2023, chose to create a self-published book for their finale assignment for the course P214: Gender Theory and Praxis taught by Prof. Kimberly Theidon and GAIA PhD candidate Dipali Anumol in fall 2021.

Jen asked members of the Fletcher classes of 2022 and 2023 to answer the prompt “What does ‘queer’ mean to you?” and compiled responses into a moving collection of reflections on identity, belonging, resistance, and joy.
