The Hirsh Health Sciences Library is proud to unveil its newest curated collection: the Writing & Citation section. Our librarians have been hard at work putting together a new section of resources to help students with all their writing needs.
The Writing & Citation section is located on the bookshelf to the right of the 4th floor circulation desk.
What’s it all about?
These resources are tailored to help students write academic papers, journal articles, grant applications, and more. In addition to helping students succeed in their academic writing and prepare for publication, the resources in the Writing & Citation section will help students write succinctly and clearly.
The collection features a number of citation style guides, including:
- The Chicago Manual of Style
- The AMA Manual of Style: A Guide for Authors and Editors
- The Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association: The Official Guide to APA Style
Don’t know where to start?
Our Research & Instruction librarians are available to assist students with their research and to help them navigate the resources in the Writing & Citation section. Schedule a librarian consultation today.
As always, writing consultations with Christine Smith, MS, RD will continue to be available. The 45-minute consultations are free to all current Tufts health sciences students and can be scheduled here or by scanning the QR code stationed in the Writing & Citation section.
