Citing data collected from Digital Planet’s research on how easy it is to work remotely across the country, Chakravorti states that access to reliable and affordable digital infrastructures, economies that value knowledge-based work, and living conditions that are conducive to remoke work all have a significant impact on an employee’s productivity at home.
