Turn? Series

The world is getting smaller, and at the same time we are being pushed further apart.

At The Fletcher School’s Institute for Business in the Global Context, we take great pride in looking at how the world of business gets involved in the business of the world. One of our core efforts is the “Turn? Series” of conferences and speakers, where we look at regions around the world that are going through a particular point of inflection and face an uncertain future. Where that level of uncertainty effects not only them, but the world.

We have studied geographic regions of Greece, the European Union, Turkey in the Middle East, and the continent Africa so far. We have also explored the ocean and the internet as well as the digital ecosystems of India. Where we go next is partly up to you.

Our “Turn? Series” dive deep into complex issues and take a 360-degree view that makes The Fletcher School a unique and valuable institution and utilizes that view in grappling with the real issues of the world today.
