Cheyanne Scharbatke-Church Facilitates DGF Session in Kampala

In November 2019, Cheyanne Scharbatke-Church facilitated a half-day diagnostic session in Kampala with partners of the Democracy Governance Facility (DGF). The session explored whether social norms were a factor driving the corrupt patterns of behavior targeted by their existing anti-corruption efforts.
