Diana Chigas Discusses Social Norms and Corruption at Corruption in Fragile States Conference

At the invitation of U4, Diana Chigas, CJL’s Program Co-Director traveled to Berlin in October 2019 to talk about why social norms matter more in contexts of fragility at the GIZ-sponsored Corruption in Fragile States Conference.  This high-level, invitation only, event signaled a shift in the corruption discourse, squarely acknowledge the difference fragility makes in understanding and responding to corruption.
