This Wednesday, the 18th, Dr. Elizabeth Pettinaroli will be discussing Latin American concepts of decolonization, decolonization in cartography, and more! The event will be from 5:30 to 6:30 pm.
Dr. Pettinaroli is the Chair of Latin American and Latinx Studies Department at Rhodes College and the founder of the Memphis Cartonera, which is one of the only cartoneras in North America. The Memphis Cartonera is a cooperative publishing house dedicated to democratizing literature and art.
