Join us for this CELT/GILD sponsored session to learn about this innovative interdisciplinary course that joins students from Argentina and Tufts to explore the centrality of drinks to culture and the impact that production has on the environment and the producers. Colin and Nina will share how the course developed, how it is going as they pilot it, and will offer suggestions for faculty who may wish to develop courses with GILD in the future.
