Boston Teacher Residency, an AmeriCorps program, is a nationally recognized clinical teacher preparation program whose graduates support student achievement from day one. Residents earn a low-cost M.Ed. granted by UMass Boston and MA Initial Teacher License in one year.

We are now accepting applications for the 2023-24 BTR Cohort 21. Program starts July 2023.
