YEA Camps Hiring (multiple positions available)

WHo We Are:

Not your typical summer camp counselors.

Every summer since YEA Camp began in 2009, we’ve brought together the most amazing group of changemakers we can find to help train our campers to make a bigger difference on social justice issues from climate change to racism, gay rights to animal rights.

Seeing the impact our camp was making for a decade’s worth of teens, and recognizing that adults need this type of training too, we launched our first camp for adults in 2018.

We have a ton of experience working on a variety of causes and want to support you in making a bigger difference on the issues most important to you.

Our youth and adult campers go on to do such inspiring things — from raising thousands of dollars for the causes of their choice, launching voter registration drives, changing school and corporate policies, organizing rallies, and so much more. And many of the nearly 1,000 campers who have gone through our programs commonly describe YEA Camp as critically important in helping them to get more active on a cause they care about — or even as one of the greatest experiences of their life.

We’re here to help you make a bigger difference in a way that inspires you — because we could all use a little help changing the world.
