I spent much of the past week sketching concepts for a dumbwaiter to go in the shop. Here’s a sketch page I’ve what I’ve come up with so far, and a picture of the shop wall where the dumbwaiter may go. 

We haven’t even finished our first week at the lab and we’ve already covered so much training. Some notable firsts for me this week include using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, brazing, soldering, and troubleshooting a 3D printer!
