• Please complete the safety quiz before using shop areas
  • Be respectful of others, the spaces, tools, shop workers, and equipment
  • Follow the buddy system by always having someone nearby for safety and support
  • Always use a clamp to securely hold material to combat applied forces from a tool
  • Clean up before you leave
    • Use the wire racks and bins for storage
    • Please ask Bray staff if you need help storing your project
  • No outside tools
  • No outside chemicals (such as epoxies, spray paint, etc.)
  • No food in the shop or labs (food is allowed in the lobby and Design Lab)
  • Bray tools and equipment must stay in the building
    • To borrow hand tools please ask a staff member for help
  • Please inform Bray Lab staff of any injuries or potentially harmful situations (see something, say something)
    • Fabrication and lab spaces are equipped with first aid kits
    • After use of first aid supplies please fill out injury log found in shop
