After School babysitting in Cambridge – Wednesdays

We are looking for someone to pick up our 4 year old boy from the Maria L. Baldwin school in Cambridge, on Wednesdays at 2:45pm (sharp! should probably arrive at 2:40 just in case). And babysit until around 5pm. We live 5 minutes walk from the school so it is easy to go to our home from there and play at home, or whether permits stay in the playground. There is a possibility that another child will be interested in joining (for additional fee), still looking into it.

Pay: 27-30$, depending on experience.

Babysitting (Lexington)

We are looking for a regular weekly sitter who is available Wednesdays 3:30-8:30 pm starting in September through mid-June.  Possible additional hours on the weekends and summer if mutually agreeable.

We are located in Lexington and have two children, ages 5 and 8.  No driving required, but preference for someone who has their own reliable transportation to and from our home.

Job Description: We are looking for someone M-F 2:45-6pm. We require a reliable car as we need kids picked up and dropped off from school and activities. Ideally, we need someone for the end of the school year and to help with summer camp pick-ups. We’d love to find someone to continue with us for the next school year as well if you are open to this. We pay a weekly rate which includes gas/mileage for driving.

Hours:  2:45pm – 6:00pm

Basic requirements: meeting one child at bus stop, getting them snacks and assisting with any homework (which isn’t typically more than 15 minutes). Picking up another child at school and assisting with the above. The most important thing is to have fun and play as much as possible.

Arlington, M-F 2:00-5:00, two four year olds

Hello,
We are two families in East Arlington seeking after school care for the 2025-2026 school year, both children will be 4 years old and attend Menotomy Preschool. The children would need to be picked up at school at 2:00 M-F, and brought back to East Arlington by bus or on foot (1.5 mi, mostly on the bike path, a double stroller would be provided if walking). Then the caregiver would supervise the children’s snack and playtime until 5:00 (either at a local park or at one of the families’ homes).

Rate TBD, commensurate with experience. No responsibilities outside of supervising the two children. 
Location: Both families’ homes are within 5 minutes from the minuteman bike path, 10-15 minute walk of Alewife and the 77 bus. Menotomy Preschool is adjacent to the bike path and also on the 77 bus route.
